Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Electronic Withdrawal Request (EU Customers)

Customers located in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal using our electronic withdrawal request form available on our website.

To submit a withdrawal request, customers must provide:

• Full name
• Email address
• Order number or other order identification details

After submitting the request, customers will be asked to confirm their withdrawal request before it is finalized.

Once the withdrawal request has been submitted and confirmed, an acknowledgment of receipt will be sent automatically to the email address provided by the customer.

The submission of a withdrawal request through the electronic withdrawal function does not affect any other rights available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If the merchandise is shipped to a customer within the European Union, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase may be required.

Once a withdrawal request is received, we will provide instructions regarding the return process and any applicable refund procedures.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
